I hear the voices
    -The whispers
Telling me I’m wrong
    -We’re right
Wanting me to turn around
    -Come back
But I’m afraid, for then they
    -The voices
Will have faces that will
    -Torture you
Show emotions that can
    -Burn you
Voices having bodies to
    -Bring you down
Hands on my throat choking
    -Suffocating me
Feet and legs to run after me
    -You’ll never escape us

This night mare begins and ends
    -Then begins again
I see illusions and confusions
    -But never any conclusions

A darkened room, no existing light
    -All angels forbidden
The darkness so thick my flame only shows
    -Part of us
So I held the flame closer to
    -Our heart
Boom Boom Flash! The flame goes out
    -Flashes again and light splatters on the walls
And the monsters surround me
    -The other side of us
Boom Boom Flash! The flame goes out
    -Flashes again and we see all
And then I see me, surrounding me
    -The other side of “we”
